Program “Support the Ukrainian Army” 2014
The purpose of the program isto provide charitable assistance to meet the primary needs of the military and the needs of volunteers who have arrived for training in the territory of military units in the Mykolaiv region.
Within the framework of the "Support the Ukrainian Army" program, funds of UAH 116,347.22 were received.
The program funds were managed by the Supervisory Board, which included: Lukov V.D., Ivashchuk R.A., Vestya V.M., Tseplyi M.V., Averkov S.V., Turkoman T.M., Mykhailyshyn A.I., Baltser V.V., Balabushka T.M., Isupov D.O. and Golovko R.V.
The military admits that the support is truly unprecedented. Someone transfers funds to central accounts, someone contacts units and helps with spare parts, things, and food on the spot.
“The military really appreciates the efforts with which the Voznesensk community and caring people are trying to support the military. We finally felt needed by the people. Now we simply have no right to let down Ukrainians,” assures Ruslan Ivashchuk, commander of military unit A-2920 and deputy of the Voznesensk City Council.
The following received assistance within the framework of the program:
- Military unit A-2920 artillery depot (commander Ivashchuk R.A.) for a total amount of 18,586 UAH, including:
- Docker 6 CT-190 battery – 7380 UAH.
- set of keys – 267 UAH.
- radio station and accessories – 10,254 UAH.
- set of keys, screwdrivers (large, small) – 685 UAH.
- Military unit A 2734 is located in the village of Buzke (Voznesensky district, commander Saftenko A.A.) for a total amount of UAH 8,398, including:
- Aquarius pump – 3180 UAH.
- pipe 3255 m. – 286 UAH.
- accessories – 112 UAH.
- flashlights 15 pcs. – 1320 UAH.
- batteries for the radio station – 3500 UAH.
- Military unit A 0666 (unit commander Potakov A. O.), located at the Shiroki Lan training ground, for a total amount of UAH 18,125, including:
- socks – 1000 pcs. – 3350 UAH.
- helmet caps 150 pcs. – 2175 UAH.
- hat – masks – 600 UAH.
- hand flashlights 50 pcs. – 780 UAH.
- flashlights 20 pcs. – 416 UAH.
- batteries 241 UAH – 304 UAH.
- work suits (robes) 45 pcs. – 4500 UAH.
- unloading (vest – an element of military uniform) 30 pcs. – 6000 UAH.
- Military unit A 1478 located in the territory of the village of Matrynivske (commander Malnev S.V.) for a total amount of 14,782 UAH. including:
- flashlights 20 pcs. – 1760 UAH.
- pipe 50 – 210 UAH.
- clutch 50 – 1088 UAH.
- radio station and accessories – 11,724 UAH.
- Military unit A0224 is located in the territory of the city of Mykolaiv (79th Airmobile Brigade) for a total amount of UAH 7089.39, including:
- water pump – 960 UAH.
- auto parts – 2129.39 UAH.
- socks 200 pcs. – 800 UAH.
- tourist mat 50 pcs. – 3200 UAH.
- Mykolaiv Territorial Defense Battalion, military unit-field post B2326 located in the territory of the city of Mykolaiv (commander Tsogoev S. M.) for a total amount of UAH 5,098.00, including:
- unloading – 4800.00 UAH.
- holsters – 298.00 UAH.
- Providing for the needs of conscripts of the Voznesenskyi Unified District Military Commissariat for a total amount of 35,875.27 UAH.
- Restoration of the emergency notification system for the population of Voznesensk – 2016 UAH.
