Grant competition “My School 2017”

The Voznesensk Community Foundation, with the support of Mykolaiv Regional Council deputies Kret Yuriy and Neveseli Vladyslav, is announcing a grant competition.

The aim of the competition is to improve the conditions for children's education and introduce innovative educational practices in educational institutions. The competition plans to support projects aimed at:

– ensuring safe learning conditions (video surveillance system, online timesheet system, etc.)

– introduction of resource- and energy-saving technologies and implementation of passive building standards in educational institutions (installation of recuperators, energy-efficient lighting, alternative heating, etc.);

– improving the learning environment: installing bicycle parking, purchasing modern furniture, interactive boards, musical instruments, creating relaxation rooms, organizing meaningful breaks….

– arrangement of specialized rooms: speech therapy, biology, chemistry…;

– installation of sports grounds on the territory of educational institutions and purchase of sports equipment;

– introduction of innovative educational practices, creation of informal education centers using modern information and communication technologies.

General educational institutions in the city of Voznesensk, the villages of Rakove and Novohrygorivka can participate in the competition

The maximum grant amount is 20,000 UAH.

The presence of a mandatory own financial contribution in cash for the implementation of the project of at least 10% of the total cost of the project. Preference will be given to projects in which the own contribution is greater than the minimum.

The deadline for submitting project proposals is April 28, 2017.

Announcement of competition results – May 12, 2017.

Application procedure. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to prepare and submit a grant application using the application form. Documents that must be attached to the application form:

A photocopy of the passport and identification code of the person responsible for concluding the grant agreement.

Supporting documents confirming the presence of your own contribution (statement of collection of funds, acts of posting of funds, statements of the balance of funds on the bank account, letters of guarantee, etc.).

Applications in electronic form are accepted until 17:00 on April 28 to the email address voz-cf@ukr.net and one original with all attachments in printed form to the address: ul. Pushkinska, 3, office 35. Received competition applications are not reviewed and are not returned regardless of the results of the review. The winners of the competition are determined by an independent public competition commission.
