Project goal: Increasing the institutional capacity of the Territorial Community of the city of Voznesensk in terms of digitalization and implementation of a geographic information system. Improving professional skills for self-employment of residents of the Territorial Community of the city of Voznesensk by arranging a public facility called the "Adult Education Center of the Voznesensk Community".
Project results: 
A basic digital audit of the executive bodies of the Voznesensk City Council was conducted. 
Conditions and opportunities were created for employees of the Voznesensk City Council to accelerate digitalization processes. 10 workplaces for city council employees were equipped with computer equipment and 1 workplace for creating a central GIS database with ArcGIS software.  
 
2. A public space called the "Adult Education Center of the Voznesensk Community" was created with zones for professional orientation of the adult population of the community, improving their competencies, and acquiring new skills that are lacking in the community.  
The Center is equipped with:
Training hall;
Digital workshop;
Exhibition hall.
 
The project was implemented with the support of the Joint Initiative of the European Union and the United Nations Development Programme "Mayors for Economic Growth" (M4EG)
